I've been neglecting you ...

It’s been so long since I posted here, I’m embarrassed. 😐

I know some of you are sensible enough not to get whipped up in the flurry that is Instagram… it does MY head in, but that’s where I’ve been posting information.

So, I must do better for people who like to read more than an attention-grabbing slogan.

And I will.
