I've been neglecting you ...

It’s been so long since I posted here, I’m embarrassed. 😐

I know some of you are sensible enough not to get whipped up in Instagram… it does MY head in, but that’s where I’ve been posting information.

So, I must do better for people who like to read more than an attention-grabbing slogan.

And I will.
